Assalamualaikum everyone all there. It's my kind advice for all of you out there, please Don't choose them as your traveling partner's, specially for Umrah . Our family has opted for Umrah in Dec 2022 their are almost 7-8 members of our family including senior citizens, childrens , women's. They provide very pathetic service to us. They make fake promises and false hopes. They show us different hotels and provide us totally opposite hotels. The hotel they provide us in Madinah is something which i can't even describe. Hotel distance is 2-3 kms away from Haram, plus the hotel is not like an hotel it's like a pathetic musafir khana , the room's are so dirty , soo soo cheap and small. The most hilarious thing is there is only one toilet provided for 30-40 members of group. Can anyone imagine that. ? Using a public toilet is better then this one though !They arrange food buffet just outside the toilets where everything stink and smell. They are so so unhygienic !They should be shameful, Just to make money from pilgrims they are put them into such trouble.They are totally lie , fake and unprofessional and i sincerely request to please not go with them for Umrah . Have mercy on your loved ones 🙏
